Morning routine:

  • Cleansing

Yes, cleansing is very important, use a foam cleansing, get rid of everything you applied the night of the previous day. And dry it with a soft towel.

  • Toner

Using a toner is just to hydrate your skin, hydration of skin is very important. Gently apply the toner after washing your face. Toner doesn’t need to be something so expensive, there are so many options for a toner that you can use without spending lots of money like rose water, rice water, etc.

  • Serum

The serum is actually an optional one, if you have one you can use it. If you are thinking about buying a serum you could use a vitamin C serum, which is an essential need for skin with people in their 20’s or above that. Or else you can use antioxidant tea tree oil serum, which is also good for your skin.

  • Moisturizer

Moisturizer is very important if you have dry skin, and other skin types could also use moisturizer according to their skin type. Also using a lotion before putting on your makeup might stop the contents of makeup products from flaking up on the skin.

  • Sunscreen

A most important step for the skin, to protect your skin from harmful rays from the sun. Many skin experts recommend applying sunscreen even when your indoors. Have proper sunscreen with you always and never forget to apply your sunscreen, even when you don’t have time to do other steps.

Night Routine:

  • Cleansing

Never forget to face your face before going to sleep. If you are a person who wears makeup, try to wash your face twice, first to remove your makeup with some oil-based cleanser and second with a foam cleanser.

  • Toner

Same as in the morning routine, apply a toner to keep your skin hydrated, apply it gently and let it seep into your skin.

  • Serum

Use only if you have retinal oil, at night or in the evening for your skin, after using toner.

  • Moisturizer

Apply moisturizer and try to do a gentle massage, try to remove all the tension on the skin, if you have a roller or any other equipment you have, it also, can be used.

  • Eye cream

Eye cream is essential at night. If you have dark circles, it will be so useful. Choose an eye cream according to your choice or recommended by your dermatologist. Give a gentle massage or press around your eyes, and be careful while applying the cream.

  • Lip balm

Since our lips have the tendency to dry while we sleep it’s better to apply lip balm or any other lip mask before sleep.

Other important things you have to follow are

  • Once or twice in a week, exfoliate your skin, do some face masks and steaming for skin.
  • Be gentle when you wash your skin.
  • Don’t touch your face every often, as we get to touch so many things and use the same hand to touch our skin might be unhealthy.
  • If your skin is so sensitive, try to consult a dermatologist about the products you want to use for your skin or find the right product for your skin and stick to it, don’t use too much of chemical content products.
  • Drink lot of water. Keep yourself hydrated.
  • Don’t try to follow everything that others try, just do what is suitable for your skin.
  • Keep your inside of your body clean and healthy.
  • Try to control your stress, also can try meditation.
  • Use silk pillow cover, and wash it twice a week.
